Hello there!

I’m a proud military wife, mom to three beautiful girls and a photographer.  I am married to the love of my life, Scott.  He is my rock and my hero.  We have moved across this country many times together.    We love to explore and learn about each new place we live.  Along the way we have made some amazing friends.  I grew up in Alaska  but home really is where your heart is.  For now, that’s Panama City, Florida.

My girls keep me very busy.  Life around our house can be crazy!  We laugh, scream, play, sing, and love.  I won’t say it’s always easy, but I’m always up for a challenge and I wouldn’t change a thing.

I have held many jobs over the years but photography is by far my favorite.  There is little that is more important than memories that are preserved for a lifetime in a photograph.  I grew up with my mom always preaching, “If the house ever catches on fire make sure and grab the photo albums!!”  But that holds true for me now as well.  Thank goodness for external hard drives and online backups!

When I first began my business I photographed a little bit of everything.  I quickly my heart lay with newborn and baby photography.  There is just something so magical about those first few days of life.  They are moments you will never get back again and they pass ever so quickly.  Newborn photography isn’t just a job for me.  It’s a passion.  Each baby that finds its way before my camera leaves a tiny little foot print on my heart.  One of the most enjoyable things for me is watching new parents discover how much love their hearts can hold.   For me, watching these babies grow through their first year is one of the most rewarding things.

This is why I do this.  I hope to capture your loved ones, like this, for you to cherish for generations.

XO Courtney
